When I said 'forgiving' about data entry, I meant that we might not
have to have all fields filled in, and you might want to go back later
and fill in some more, so we could probably cut down on required fields
to being only title, description and date...

I think it might be a good idea to have a chat with Peter at some point
about using the 'claim' module to share permissions. It was designed
with node.london in mind, and I think it might work quite well in this
instance.
