Addictive TV

Internationally renowned audio/visual artists and producers. Addictive TV also run their own DVD label of the same name and organise the visual music festival Optronica with the bfi and NFT in London.

Voted #1 VJs in DJ Magazine's worldwide VJ poll, Addictive TV are the London based group of audio/video artists and producers who've been championing the art of the VJ and pushing it into mainstream media for a decade now.

Performing their audio/visual shows internationally, criss-crossing the art and club worlds, Addictive TV have played at venues from the Pompidou Centre in Paris to Tokyo superclub Ageha, and festivals including the UK's Glastonbury and Denmark's Roskilde.

In 1999, Addictive TV set up what is acknowledged as the world's first visuals-focused DVD label, releasing DVD albums fusing music and images. Releases have included 'Audiovisualize' and the 'Mixmasters' series from their seminal music television show in the UK, which has seen over 300 artists commissioned, including many of the best names in electronic music and a host of international VJs.

Also, with support from the Arts Council and in collaboration with the British Film Institute / National Film Theatre and the bfi IMAX cinema, Addictive TV, with Cinefeel, organise Optronica - the visual music festival in London.
