artafterscience was formed in 2001 by computer programmer Adrian Marshall and artist Zev Robinson to explore the interaction between art, science, and technology, and to create time-based art with the emphasis on content, on how meaning is affected by context, form, and (re)presentation, and on issues of contemporary culture. artafterscience has collaborated on a wide variety of projects in collaboration with musicians, poets, and scientists.
