Amazing progress already- and at first scamper through, seems pretty self-explanatory. Will have a go at sticking in some more detailed content tomorrow.

It may be useful to give an alternative tag-cloud interface to the Help Offered and Needed blocks so that people can do a quick survey of the 'things' needed and on offer.
