People who are active in the area or who have participated in node london before are going to be sent an email in september asking them what they are up to now and if they have any plans for spring 2009.

Ready for that, we should have an online form or forms for them to fill in.

We need to have a "workflow" where people can put in their ideas at very early stages but they won't yet be published to all users (site admins will be able to see them). ie. nodes will be in any of these states and views can be filtered accordingly.
