issues to be resolved by admin users will be added to an "issue queue" that will be viewable on the site and available as an rss feed.

therefore our pool of admins can pick up issues to deal with when they have time or on a rota basis.

items on the issue queue can include things like: flagged as inappropriate content, requests for permissions on particular nodes, support requests.

implemetation


we have a content type called administration request. they can have prority high, medium or low, and status of open or closed.

there is an rss feed which will display new issues to subscribers as they are opened.

administrators can use the comment field to describe thier action.

it is very like this "feedback" system ;)
