taxonomy issues

a major task in the next meeting will be to brainstorm on the taxonomy system we require.

we can implement as many vocabularies as we like, and each can be fixed, heirarchical or "free tagging", and single or multiple ie. data can be tagged with just one item from each list, or with multiple items.

we need to find a good balance between constraint, so that data is grouped meaningfully and we can provide interesting ways to navigate, and freedom so that people can create new categorisations.

it will be important to make good use of the imported vocabulary (project_type) so as to make links between the old (imported) content and the new content.
